Police offices make traffic stops every day. It's a big part of the job. Usually routine. But you never know what will happen on the next traffic stop. Routine? Or nut job?
Such was the case Thursday when a Millersville officer attempted to pull someone over, and the driver waved a gun and drove off. Oh-oh. Now we can call the driver a suspect.
Police caught up with our suspect and initiated a traffic stop. Now our suspect, who evidently has a drug problem (imagine that!), was thinking, 'What would happen if I got out of my car in front of this cop with a .45 caliber handgun in my hand?'
As it turns out, the answer is you get shot. You also get a trip to Vanderbilt. On your way to the pokey.
Police found illegal drugs in the car. No freaking way. We could never have guessed that...
